How to Make Clients Fall in Love With Your Company

Marketing. Social collaboration. Data-driven decision making. Connection. All of these play vital roles in how potential clients interact with your company.

Here at Key West we understand the value in providing excellent service to our clients. Here are 5 reasons why our clients have fallen in love with our brand:

Communication

We know how valuable clear communication between ourselves and our clients is in order to ensure a quality finished product. Our owner and senior producer, Stuart Steinberg, created a business model emphasizing the important of fast and efficient communication. By emphasizing communication between us and our many B2B clients, we leave little room for miscommunication-based error.

Quick Turnaround

By setting up a realistic timeline, we are able to work with clients to come up with a detailed, specific outline. In doing so, we create a timeline from pre-production to completion, allowing our clients to follow along and follow-up. Keeping your customers, consumers and clients in the “know” is essential when working together for project completion.

Flexibility

We pride ourselves on being flexible in order to best accommodate our customers’ needs. We are sensitive to specific time and content requests.

Quality Product

Key West provides exceptional, quality video. You can check out what our clients have to say here. Whatever service or product your company offers, it should be (or at least aim to be) the best of its kind.

Customer Service

Last but certainly not least, ensuring consumers are happy means having great customer service. Professionalism is of utmost importance – especially when dealing directly with your client. Troubleshooting, brainstorming, and working side-by-side with clients to create a quality, marketable product isn’t always easy, but necessary to the process.

Why Interactive Video is the Future in Media

Interactive video has made its claim in the market by bridging the gap in live-action and animation.

At its core, interactive video allows users to engage with video content. It has become abundantly clear in past research that we are more engaged by visual images over print. Interactive video has found a way to surpass the visual medium by actively engaging participants in an experience they won’t forget.

Video marketing has solidified what many have been hypothesizing for years; that users are more inclined to be drawn to visuals more so than audio or text. And now with the influx of interaction online, content creators have found a way to actively engage their audiences.

Why Interactive Video is the Future

In order to ensure successful interaction, one obvious method is to cater to your audience. By studying your audience’s analytics (e.g. online habits or demographic), it’s easy to tailor what sort of interaction to create. For example, is your product aimed at children or stay at home moms? What are their viewing habits? Where in the world are they located?

Based off of this, it becomes easier to decide on how your consumers will interact with your brand. In the above example, we used children. The next step would be deciding specifically on how to tap into that audience. When catering to children, perhaps you can feature child-like animations. This approach would look a lot different for stay-at-home mothers.

Interactive video also makes it easier to help your audience understand your brand. Potential clients get a deeper insight as to how your product or service works, how dedicated you are to making the best quality possible, and ultimately who or what you are.

And it doesn’t need to be highly technical. YouTube caught on to a soon-to-be popular marketing trends and created an easy marketing model. By rolling out YouTube Annotations, they created a simple, yet effective way to link to off-site websites.

Here at Key West Video, we specialize in staying on top of the latest in video production. Contact us for a quote today.
